Report an Absence
Did You Know?
If a child misses an average of just five days per term, over the course of 2 years they will have missed a whole term of learning.
That equates to over 300 hours of time away from school!
If your child is going to be absent from school for any reason it is important that you let us know as soon as possible.
You can do this by completing the form below. Please include your child's full name, their class, dates absent, your contact phone number (you may be contacted to confirm details) and reason for absence (eg Family, Medical, Illness With Certificate, Illness without Certificate). The information with be sent directly to our front office staff.
Please remember that any planned absence of more than three consecutive days requires an exemption which MUST be approved by the principal.
